Google Glass Project

Project Glass is an effort from Google to develop augmented reality glasses. The concept for these glasses was introduced on April 4, 2012 on a Google+ page. The launch also included a YouTube video demonstrating the possible uses of Project Glass.

Google Glass in different colors :

Roll forward just over a year and the first versions are in the hands of developers who went into a lottery to fork out $1,500 for their own pair of spectacles.

What is Google Glass?

It is a project to free data from computer or phone to a screen that is near to human eyes.
Essentially, Google Glass is a camera, display, touch pad  battery and microphone built into spectacle frames so that you can perch a display in your field of vision, film, take pictures, search and translate on the go.

Watching data into your vision has obvious benefits one is that Directions become more realistic, you can view real-time translations or transcriptions of what is being said, and you can scroll through and reply to messages - all on the fly.

Controlling data with touch pad and microphone is another easy way to use Glass  with various gestures.
Camera also provides eye view to us we don't need to adjust specs for perfect view.

Features :

-Film and photos
-Google Maps to get Directions
-Google Hangout Software for Video conferencing
-voice specialists DNNresearch
-Translation of spoken words into your language

All other functionality you can see in video of YouTube.

MAIN FEATURES :

As well as a mooted 640 x 360 display, the built-in camera is a 5MP snapper that can film at 720p.

Battery life is apparently a day, although that's with the usual "typical use" caveat, which probably excludes a lot of videoing.
There's 16GB of flash memory built into the device, although only 12GB will be available for user storage. The device will sync to your Google Drive in the cloud

Bluetooth and WiFi will be built in, but no GPS chip - so the Glass will probably work best alongside an Android phone, although you can pair with any Bluetooth enabled phone.

Google Go Language

Google Go is also known an Go Lang which is an open source Language for System/Software Programming Language. It was first introduced by Google Inc.In September 2007,compiled and garbage-collected Go Lang was Started by Robert Griesemer, Rob Pike, and Ken Thompson.

It was officially announced by Google in November,2009 ans also used in some production system of Google.

In 2009 Google introduced the idea of new programming language and after almost 3 years of hard work, finally Google has released its new Go language as Go 1.0.

Well, Go language or Go 1.0 is a computer language which is inspired mainly by the c programming language and it has some of the ideas from many other languages. The Go language introduces some impressive features which are inspired by different programming languages. It includes new type of encoding characters and errors. You can give it a try here.

The main attraction of Go is that once you write a program in Go language then this program will be compatible with all the future versions of Go, which is a unique and great thing about it. Google said that their engineers were frustrated working with the current programming languages so they required a new concept or language to work with because no major programming language is introduced since 2000.

After a long talk, plenty of rumors and claims, the Galaxy Gear smart watch is finally official. Samsung has announced its much awaited smart watch at IFA 2013 in Berlin.  After setting up a big name in the smartphones market, Samsung’s eye is now on smart watch market, which according to the market experts, is going to expand in the near future.
