There are mainly two types of touchscreens are there :
1. Capacitive
2. Regestive
What is Capasitive Touchscreen ?
- Capasitive touchscreen display depends on electrical property of human fingers.Screen sensors map the fall in electrical field of scree by touch of our fingers.So In capasitive screens touch is very smooth compare to regestive touch in which touch rely on pressure on screen. Therefore in capasitive touch screens swiping is easy and screen does not react to any non ectrical item like gloves.

What is Registive Touchscreen ?
- In Regestive touch screen ,it works on principle of layered screens.By applying pressure on screen surface screen process can be done.As shown in figure due to pressure first screen will contact to inner screen and after that in that area electrical field loss will be measured.
